Forms portal training is now available

In our last special edition, we introduced Education Payroll’s new forms portal and explained what will change as some PDF forms move online.

Training materials are now available to help you get ready.  These include short videos and a quick reference guide showing you how to:

  • open the forms portal
  • find the form you need
  • submit and authorise an online request
  • track progress.

We recommend setting aside some time to look through the training before the portal goes live, so you feel confident using it from day one.

Where to find the training

You can find the training on the EdPay training page on our website.

Training is available now, but access to the forms portal will only be available from your go-live date.

You can also find information about the forms portal here.

Access to the forms portal

When the forms portal goes live, you’ll be able to access it from the forms portal button on our website, or through EdPay.

You won’t be able to log onto the forms portal until your school’s go-live date.  We’ll provide more information before then.

Support

If you need help, please contact your Payroll Advisor.

Reminder: go-live dates

11 August – beta schools

8 September – all remaining schools.

We’ll contact each group before their go-live date with more details.

If your school is in the beta group, we’ll contact you directly before your go-live date with more details.  If you don’t hear from us, your school will go live with all remaining schools on 8 September.
