3. Reminder: extend fixed term end dates in EdPay

Remember to extend an employee’s fixed term end dates in EdPay if their job lapsed (ended but was not terminated) at the end of term 2, but they are still working in the same job in term 3.

Look under the Fixed Term tab on the Employees Dashboard to see any employees who may need to have their job extended. Lapsed employees will have an orange hourglass icon next to their details.

If you have other pay details to change for these employees, (eg their hours are changing at the beginning of term 3) make sure you have extended their fixed term end date past 16/07/2023, before submitting other pay changes.
