Employment agreements

It is important to know what employment agreement an employee has signed. An employee can have either a collective agreement (CA) or a promulgated individual employment agreement (IEA).

The employment agreement provides the terms and conditions of the employee’s job at your school. It is important to ensure that their pay reflects these terms and conditions.
