Start of Year (SOY) screens opened on 9 December 2020 for 2021. If you need help with SOY, check out the orange Start of Year 2021 box on the home page.

There's a self-paced learning module and a Start of Year Guide, depending on the level of support you need. There's also a new Start of Year actions tool to help you to decide whether to make your Start of Year changes in EdPay, Novopay online or by forms.
