Difficulty downloading SUE reports

Good morning all. Some schools are having intermittent problems downloading PDFs from Novopay Online, such as SUE and bank staffing reports. It is affecting some users, but not others, even in the same school. We are working with the schools' network to resolve this. If your school is affected, your dedicated payroll adviser can download and email the reports to you, or you can download the file as a CSV and then resave it as a pdf.
